Prepare​

When referring to this document to use Apache Answer, please read and ensure the following points:

  • Login to Websoft9 Console and find or install Apache Answer:

    • Go to My Apps listing applications
    • Go to App Store installing target application

  • This application is installed by Websoft9 console.

  • The purpose of this application complies with the apache2 open source license agreement.

  • Configure the domain name or server security group opens external network ports for application access.

Getting started​

Login Verification​

  1. Complete the installation. Access the application’s overview and credentials from the My Apps section in the Websoft9 console.

  2. Starting the verification process.

Troubleshooting​

Automatic installation failed?​

There are two possible reasons for this:

  1. All environment variables of the Answer docker image need to be set. Otherwise, it will not switch to automatic installation mode.
  2. If the Answer container is started and there is no connection to an available database at that moment, the automatic installation will be skipped and there will be no attempt to wait or reinstall.
