Prepare​

When referring to this document to use SuiteCRM, please read and ensure the following points:

  • This application is installed by Websoft9 console.

  • The purpose of this application complies with the AGPL-3.0 open source license agreement.

  • Configure the domain name or server security group opens external network ports for application access.

Getting started​

Initial setup​

  1. When completed installation of SuiteCRM at Websoft9 Console, get the applicaiton's Overview and Access information from My Apps

  2. Local browser access, enter the landing page

  3. According to the guide prompts, select Next initialization settings

  4. Initialization settings completed, start experiencing the backend

Configuration options​

  • Multilingual(✅): You need to download Language Packs and then upload the installation, please refer to Install New Languages
  • SMTP(✅): Administartor > Admin > Email > Email Setting
